Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2025

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (if provided through OAuth).

Usage Data: We track your daily tool usage (which tools you use and how many times) to enforce free tier limits and improve our service. This data is associated with your account.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our payment providers (Stripe, Paddle, LemonSqueezy). We do not store your credit card information.

2. What We Don't Collect

Your Files: All file processing happens in your browser. We never receive, store, or have access to the files you process.

File Contents: We cannot see the contents of your PDFs, images, videos, or any other files you work with.

Important Exceptions:

  • URL Import: When you use the "Import from URL" feature, your browser fetches the file directly from the third-party server you specify. This network request is visible to that server.
  • Processing Libraries: Video and audio conversion tools load FFmpeg from CDNs on first use. These CDN requests may be logged by the CDN provider but do not include your file data.
  • AI Features: AI-powered features like background removal use models that are bundled with the application and loaded locally from our servers. Your image data is never sent externally - all AI processing happens in your browser.
3. How We Use Your Information
  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To send important updates about the service
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To improve our tools based on usage patterns
4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Your password is never stored in plain text.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Authentication: Google, GitHub (for OAuth login)
  • Payments: Stripe, Paddle, LemonSqueezy
  • Database: Supabase (for account data)
  • CDN/Processing Libraries: unpkg.com, jsdelivr.net (for FFmpeg and PDF.js)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data. The CDN providers only see requests for library assets, not your file contents. AI models are bundled with the application and do not require third-party CDN requests.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of your data
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Export your account data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
